I meet with clients by appointment (consultation) to design & create a dress (or garment) for a specific event or just to build their wardrobe.

At the consultation we will discuss your lifestyle, budget, color preferences, best styles for your body & your wardrobe needs & wants. If you need something for a particular event, we will discuss that.

Bring any ideas & pictures for inspiration so we can design & create a garment just for you. We can combine the top from one dress, the skirt (or pants) from another, the sleeve, collar, neckline, etc from other designs that inspire you to create the perfect garment for you.

You will assist in choosing your fabric & color based on my recommendations for the style & purpose.

You can also look through my sketches & choose one of those. I also have some designs that come in specific colors & fabrics that can be made for you at a set price. Style modifications may be available for those designs for an additional charge.

Your budget is discussed so that we can design based on your desired price range. If your budget is too small for the ideas you have, we can try to change fabrics (without sacrificing quality), or modify the design to bring down the cost if possible.  There is a starting point for all garments. Some budgets cannot be worked with.

You will have fittings based on your garment. You need to bring the proper undergarments & shoes to your fittings. If additional items are needed, you will be informed.

This is not a “store” I mainly design & create specific garments for clients as ordered. I do sometimes (as time allows & the mood plus creativity hits me) make garments for the sales floor. Some of these are samples & some are for purchase. I do have some other retail items: shoes, accessories, handbags, handmade jewelry, & some clothing by other designers.

I don’t carry large inventories of merchandise. After being here for years, I know my customers & I know what works for my business. My customers like quality clothing that is unique, perfectly fits their bodies & personalities. They want clothing that can’t be picked up at any store. They don’t want to be a clone.

I do alterations on garments purchased here & your garments purchased elsewhere.

I do embroidery on various items.

I do design some custom tee shirts. I am not a graphic artist. I know my abilities.

I love to customize with embroidery, rhinestones, crystals, grommets, lace, paint, etc.

I restyle clothes that you have in your closets or purchased from a thrift or retail store. I often restyle garments that I buy from vendors or even made myself.

I love to create. I love learning & trying new things. I love to inspire, empower, & educate.
